	Lt. Mr. M.K. Aggarwalwas born on 10th June 1951 in a remote village in Hapur (U.P). His father was an honest and small general merchant in the town. He completed his basic education from Ramjas School in Delhi. He graduated his B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, India's premier educational institute. He got gold medal and certificates for securing highest marks in commerce in the university. Mr. Aggarwal qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 1973. Secured 1st Rank all over India. Mr. Aggarwal was awarded several certificates for getting highest marks in various subjects. Lt. Mr. M.K. Aggarwal started his career, as an ordinary small individual chartered Accountant in Delhi. with his immense hard work, deep knowledge and talent gradually he rose to become a leading chartered accountant in India. He recognized as one of the most respected senior members for over 3 decades of seniority. He was senior partner in M/s MKAC, a leading and well- known firm of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Aggarwal was associated as auditors and tax consultant to various large business houses and leading Public sector undertakings. He had conducted Audits of Prestigious Government Companies He was also the President of Delhi Association of Intellectuals, a body of Distinguished & Prominent CA in India, which has earned reputation for its work amongst professionals & society in general. He was President of Lions Club, Shalimar Bagh and member of Rotary Club. He was the President of Legal Committee, Aggarwal Sabha & advised the Sabha on various complicated matters of Direct Taxes. Mr. M K Aggarwal ji was the trustee of Aggarwal Hospital Pitam Pura, Mr. Aggarwal was member in FICCI & PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

	Academic Achievements
	Won 1st prize for best student of Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi. Gold Medallist in B. Com (Hons) Delhi University-1970. Won 1st rank award in Northern India in Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Won various prizes in competitions on Academic Subjects in School / College.

	Other Achievements
	Chairman of Taxation Study Group of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India-NIRC. Chairman of Capital Market Study Group of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Chairman of All India conference on Capital Market organized by ICAI. Nominated to the committee of professional development of ICAI. Elected to the committee on Expert opinion of ICAI. Pioneered the research group on Share Valuation for SEBI regulations-Public issues. Visiting speaker on subjects of Banking to IIM, New Delhi. Presently elected to the membership of public relation committee of ICAI.

	He was a prolific writer & had contributed in many research articles in leading newspapers like Financial Express & Economic Times.
	He had conducted several educative seminars on behalf of ICAI and he was one of the prominent speaker and Guest Speaker in various seminars and training programs conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

	Worked as Senior Manager (Assurance & Audit) with M/S Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) in the year 2002. Presently Senior Partner with M.K. Aggarwal & Co. Chartered Accountants Since 2003.

	Specializing in the banking industry and also has been associated with many Public Sectors Banks like Indian Bank, UCO Bank, State Bank of Saurashtra, Punjab National Bank, in various capacities as Central Statutory Auditors, Statutory Branch Auditors, Concurrent Auditors, Stock Auditors, Tax Consultants etc and has signed the balance sheets of SBS, SBBJ etc. He is also delivering guest lectures to bank employees regarding Companies Act, Credit Appraisals etc.
